How to get repairs to Rich
My new location is on the Bruce Peninsula, just 15 minutes south of Tobermory. You can choose to take a day to come to me to deliver and/or pickup a repair. I will be here Monday to Friday from 9-5. Away every second Wednesday, please contact me. It will be possible to arrange Saturday trips, but this needs to be arranged in advance.

Bob's Guitar Service, my drop off location in Kitchener.
Ryan Allen has graciously allowed me to have his shop be my drop off and pickup location in Kitchener, for the convenience of my customers. Address there is 342 Victoria St. N., Kitchener. His phone is 519-208-4663.
Hours there are Tuesday to Friday, 12 noon to 7 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 3 pm. Ryan will create a repair tag for your amp, and give you the pick up portion. Be sure to give him any information required for the repair.
Amps will be picked up and dropped off there by me every 2 weeks, depending on volume of repairs.
There will be a transport fee on each item.

Drop off at Long and McQuade
You may drop off amps for repair at the Burlington Long and McQuade, they will be delivered to my location, repaired and returned to Long and McQuade Burlington. You will pay them there for the repair. Please be sure to indicate of you require an estimate.
You may also drop off repairs at Long and McQuade Owen Sound, please be sure to mention the repair is to come to me here at Amplifiers Plus. I will get the amps from there, repair them and deliver them back to Long and McQuade Owen Sound. You will pay them for the repair.

Directions to get to Amps Plus in Tobermory.
I am easy to find, My shop is close to Lake Huron. Travel time from KW area with no stops is approximately 3 hours.
Coming from Guelph area, and east, take Hwy 6 north. Bypass Owen Sound, and follow Hwy 6, to the right in Hepworth.
Coming from anywhere in the KW area, south or west of there, take Hwy 85 to the bottom of Elmira. Turn right onto #85 Listowel Road. Turn left onto #86, follow this through Wallenstein. Turn right onto Hwy #12, follow this to Parker. Turn left onto Wellington Rd 7. At Teviotdale, go straight through the roundabout, towards Harriston. Drive through Harriston and Clifford. Just after Clifford, turn right onto Grey Rd 10. Follow that for about 1 hour through Hanover and small towns until you get to Hepworth. Follow Hwy 6 then from Hepworth north.
Drive for another 75 minutes north through Wiarton, Ferndale (speed is 60 kmh, be careful) and Miller Lake.
You will come to the Crane River picnic area on the right side; Johnson's Harbour Road is the next left. Take this road and follow it to the end, turn right onto Dorcas Bay Road, and then left onto Pedwell Point Dr. #52 is on the right side.
